Whenever I try to sign in online with my work desk top computer I get the message "We're sorry but we can't sign you in at this moment. Please try again later". I have been trying for over a week and still get this same message. I was able to sign in online from my laptop in order to post this question. How can I resolve this?
FYI - Mendeley, you need to let people read the help blog without signing in. It's useless if you can't sign in.
