How do I find out and then fix import problems when trying to import files from Ovid? I've tried using RIS and endnote xml to export from Ovid. Export is successful but import is not. I am trying to import less than 200 references from Ovid. Neither web nor desktop import works. Desktop import doesn't give indication to what the problem is and Mendeley web import gives non-specific indication. Just says, "something went wrong". Anyone come across this and know what the problem is +/- how to fix this?
