For the PDF I stored with Mendeley, I frequently open it externally and annotated it with Acrobat PDF. When I save the PDF, it does not seem to sync with the server side. Sometimes it even replace by annotated version, with the one the original one that is unannotated!
What should do to let Mendeley sync my annonated PDF?
