After I save an article from the Web, I cannot find it in my Mendeley desktop

I use a MacBookPro. From the latest Mendeley update I have the following problem: I save an article in pubmed using the import to Mendeley button(chrome and firefox). When I want to add the citation to the document it doesnțt find it. In the previous version I had a button(open in mendeley), which opend the mendeley desktop and the article was added(it was uncomfortable but it was a single click). Now I only have a Web Library button, which I have ti sync with my desktop every time I add a new article, which takes a very long time. Please tell me if it is a simpler way of using Mendeley or if not how can I go back to the previous version. Thank you
