I'm new to Mendeley and I keep encountering syncing issues as I try to sync across my Apple devices

Hi, I'm new to Mendeley, working against a deadline, and keep getting sync related error messages. As a result, I have been unable to sync the documents I have found for my literature review across all my devices. I have been working on my MacBook Pro but I desperately need to shift to my 27" iMac to import my Mendeley folder into Nvivo, begin analyzing the pdf docs I have created and start writing. I purchased the highest level of membership. How do I get this syncing problem fixed ASAP? I would greatly appreciate any advice anyone is able to provide.
