For more than 3 months, "Save to Mendeley" does not work properly.
I cannot signin or the web importing is freeze when I click it.
This is very serious problem for my entire work process.
I need to seriously consider to switch my main software system from Mendeley to something else, if this problem is not solved instantly. And this will be really big work to me.
Please help me if someone can.

After I save an article from the Web, I cannot find it in my Mendeley desktop
I use a MacBookPro. From the latest Mendeley update I have the following problem: I save an article in pubmed using the import to Mendeley button(chrome and firefox). When I want to add the citation to the document it doesnțt find it. In the previous version I had a button(open in mendeley), which opend the mendeley desktop and the article was added(it was uncomfortable but it was a single click). Now I only have a Web Library button, which I have ti sync with my desktop every time I add a new article, which takes a very long time. Please tell me if it is a simpler way of using Mendeley or if not how can I go back to the previous version.

Invalid PDF structure
I have addded a paper to my library using the firefox browser button from Wiley which the web version of mendeley is recognising and reading the metadata. However when I try to open the pdf (which opens fine from Wiley and when downloaded) I get this error:
PDF.js v1.1.366 (build: 9e9df56)
Message: Invalid PDF structure
I have tried several times- deleting it each time and I get the same error every time. I have googled an answer and can find a 2015 question saying that this was an issue that is now resolved. Please could you tell me why I am unable to open this pdf in the web version of mendeley. (I am on a work computer and therefore cannot download and install the desktop version).

Missing information when using "Save to Mendeley" from Scopus
Hi,
I'm using the "Save to Mendeley"-button in Scopus to export references from Scopus search results. Unfortunately, since a couple of days the imported references miss a lot of information (generally volume, issue and page number are missing and sometimes the list of authors is incomplete). All this information is in Scopus correctly, so this is a bug in the exporter. Please fix this, it's very annoying having to add all the information by hand!

privacy
When I try to change my privacy settings from Everyone to Followers and hit "Save". It says "Your privacy settings have been successfully updated", but my profile still shows Everyone. Also when I check or uncheck the checkboxes my selection does not 'stick' when I save it. I tried it on two different PCs with both IE and Chrome, same result.
Any idea what causes this?

Synching General Notes
Hi - I typed some general notes and more details on my Hardagon reference. The personal notes seemed to synch from my laptop to my desktop but the updated general notes and details of the reference did not synch. Is there something else I should adjust? I tried synching from both ends. Please advise. thanks.

Errors with Highlighting Feature
Hi, I recently signed up for this service, and I am really enjoying the organizational features. One thing that is a problem though: the highlighting feature has some bugs. Often, when I upload a PDF and begin highlighting, some words won't highlight. It is especially a problem on pages with charts or graphics. Every time I try to highlight a word in the text, it will highlight a word in the chart instead, or just not at all. In some documents, the highlighting feature doesn't work at all even though it works just fine in Adobe and the document is not a scanned page.
I know it seems like a minor issue, but this feature is essential to my note-taking and is one of the reasons I work in Adobe Reader, because the tool usually works fine in that software. If this problem is not addressed, it would be better for me to just store things in Google Drive Desktop and work on my files from there. Is there a way to address this bug?

I am unable to save references to Mendeley from the web, including PubMed. I have installed the Mendeley Web Importer bookmarklet a number of times. My browser is Safari. This was not previously an issue.

Mendeley web "library" cannot go back to another page in opera browser
Hi
I use Mendeley Web Library at Opera Browser 40.0 in Windows 10.
When I want to go to the page "Feed/Suggest/Stats/Group/Data" within the Library page,
there is nothing working.
I try clicking many times and different pages, it is still in Library page.
But it can work at Chrome browser.
I think it may be a bug?
I hope someone can help me.

web import of PLOS journals
For all papers at the PLoS journals websites (including PloS One, and speciality PloS journals) my "Save to Mendeley" button results in a list of articles, often from the references? or just closely related papers but NOT THAT ARTICLE. So I cannot save the reference to that article.
Also, oddly, if I save one of the list that is in a PloS journal, which is open access, it doesn't save the PDF, which I have it configured to do. (When I am offline, without internet, it doesn't help to have a doi.)
What is going on?
