At home I can use the desktop version to make highlights and notes, but on the university computers I have to use the online browser. In chrome it works normally for about five minutes and then freezes. This has happened every time I try to use it. In explorer it doesn't freeze but the highlights block out all the text so you can't read it. It is incredibly frustrating to not be able to use Mendeley properly when working at university. Can you help fix this?
