As professor at Universitat Ramon Llull(Barcelona) I have a premium account of Mendeley: julia.sempere@iqs.url.edu.
Today there was an actualization of Mendeley and I had to put my username and password. Unfortunately, I wrote julia.sempere@iqs.edu. It seems that a new account has been created. Now, I have no access to all the information of my research group, neither user owned or groups.
Could you help me?
