When clicking the web importer extension (I'm using Firefox) the sidebox that identifies the article name/author/etc. shows up, however the import stalls such that name/author/etc is not populated. The sidebox remains open with scrolling horizontal dots indicating "wait."
This problem just occurred after using the extension without error for over two years.
Any ideas?
