I see several people have had trouble with it, and there are claims this is 'fixed'. When I add an article to the desktop app, it is still not uploaded correctly. Can not open the pdf from the web, the web app claims that there is a problem with the pdf. After a sync, I get an extra copy of the pdf that is no good in my desktop database.
The 'reset' option is not useful. My local, desktop, database and pdf files are good, it is your web server that is broken. Please give us a fix ASAP.
