I have two problems with Mendeley;
1. I cannot save articles using mendeley web - it will save one and then freeze or fail to respond. I have mendeley add in for chrome.
2. I cannot sync web-desktop or desktop to web. I have to save and upload separately

Since the new WebImporter was introduced I cannot import publications from PubMed.
We need a quick fix here! I am getting distressed...

Mendelay importer is broken...
The nifty tool bar icon used to work, and so did the "import to Mendeley" button, but now, not at all.
I have deleted both, re-installed them, but still nothing.
When I try to use them it only asks me to sign in, and does not allow me to do so, getting stuck in an infinite loop of sign in requests...
I have ALL add-ons and apps disabled.
I have downloaded the most recent version of Firefox for Mac, and the latest version of OSX.
I am fearing that i will have to return to that "other" citation manager if this functionality is not repairable....
Anybody experience this?
Anybody got a fix?

Cannot sign in at Chrome version of Web Importer extension
Since the new UI (June 30th), I cannot use your web importer on Chrome anymore. When I signed in, I do not get signed in but instead, I have to sign in again. As a result, I cannot access my account to cite literature on Chrome. This issue even happened after I have deleted my cache and cookies, and re-installing the extension.
In a different browser, e.g. Firefox, your extension is working fine and I can log in.
Do I have to undertake more actions on Chrome (e.g. deleting some other stuff)? Or is this a bug in the Chrome extension?

Citation display
I maintain citations on the desktop, successfully synch to web. But when I go to my web page ( https://www.mendeley.com/groups/7285421/sengis/ ) and open "papers" I get a page that shows citations in blocks of 20. I thought I used to be able to show all citations (and thus search all) by hitting the green tab in upper right "follow this group" - but I now only seem to have the option of inviting new followers. So, how do I get to the feature that allows me to view (and thus search) ALL of my citations in the group on the web page? Please advise! Thanks.

Unable to sign into Mendeley with Chrome Plug-in
Exactly as subject describes. I receive no error message or feedback, everytime I try to sign into Mendeley using the plug-in, it simply refreshes the screen. Insight?

web importer crashes page when downloading PDF
Whenever I use the web importer for just a citation, it works fine. However, whenever I used it to import a citation along with a PDF, it crashes the webpage and never finishes. Every time. For every journal I've tried. What's going on? I'm using the latest version of Chrome for Mac OS X 10.11.5.

Web importer cannot save some papers
Hi,
I save papers from the ADS service regularly using the mendeley web importer. The old importer worked fine with everything. The new importer works for most papers, but not for some. This is NOT behind a paywall. Here's an example:
Import fails for http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2014PhRvD..90b4060A
Import succeeds for the same one from arxiv: http://arxiv.org/abs/1403.6917
Import succeeds from http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2014PhRvD..89d7302L - a different paper from the same journal, same year!
The failures and successes are reproducible on my computer. What is happening here?

Preventy pdfs from automatically importing
Hi,
i was just wondering if it's possible to prevent automatic downloading of pdfs when adding references, or if it is possible to direct where the pdfs are being saved to as the program is downloading them into my user file which is on an ssd and I would prefer they save automatically to a different drive.

Urgent help with word plugin
Hello, I have a very time sensitive matter I'm looking for help on. I'm using the word plugin for Mac, and ran into the known issue that Mendeley released a patch for. I followed the instructions with the patch, but now I can't get a proper reference list imported.
When I click "insert bibliography" in word, it tells me to "Use the "Insert Citation" button to add citations to this document." When I do that, it just inserts the references so that they look like "in text" citations. For example: Abela & Hankin, 2008; Abramson, Alloy, & Hogan, 1997; and so on until the end of the list.
I have 135 references I've compiled, and a thesis due in a couple days. I need to figure this out somehow within Mendeley. Any help would be appreciated!

Can not download from Journal of geophysical research
Mendely web importer can not download the full paper from the journal of geophysical research( it will show downlaod but only download the abstract of the paper) . Even if i downloaded the paper manually it can not identify its date of index. I am giving the link by expecting an urgent help
