Unable to save changes in Mendeley Data
I am unable to save changes in Mendeley Data. I tried several times since past 3 days. When I select a license or enter the title, I get an error "Failed to save changes". I am not able to add a collaborator also

Error during Synchronization
Hi,
I am getting the following error message "Sorry, there was a problem syncing your library: Unique id 10e07c39-f4c9-4114-99a7-7e15ba9db6b7 has already been used to create a document.. Error ID: afVDBL18-Hk" when I am trying to synchronize the files uploaded in Mendeley desktop.

Differences between Mendeley desktop and Mendeley web
I know Mendeley Web is in the cloud and Mendeley Desktop has my library on my own computer. What are some other key differences? What does one miss by having only Mendeley Web for example? Thanks.

Mendeley unstable in Ubuntu 16.04
I am using Mendeley 1.16.3 with Ubuntu 16.04 and there seems to be some instability. When Mendeley is open on my system there are intermittent graphic anomalies; occasional flicker near top of screen. More importantly, the system eventually crashes after mendeley has been open and I have been working (back and forth between Mendeley, LibreOffice and Chrome) for a while (more than a few hours). When it crashes, Mendeley comes to the front and a dialog box with 2 buttons appears, but it in not legible, as all letters are replaced with empty boxes. Once this happens nothing can be clicked on the desktop. I can open a new terminal, but there is only an error and no way to continue without a hard shutdown. No other programs cause problems on my system. Is there any expected update for support for this LTS Ubunutu release? Or possible bug fixes that could prevent this type of crash form reoccurring? Is it possible that installing the generic Linux release would be better than the Ubuntu specific build?

The importer does not seem to work
I am using chrome and everytime i try and use it, it first requests me to sign in and thereafter nothing happens.

Moving 'watched folder'
Hi there,
I have moved my watch folder to another computer, downloaded Mendeley desktop to the new computer, and synced the new Mend. desktop to my existing online account. I therefore have access to the library I created on my old computer. I would like to sync the new Mend. desktop to the moved watched folder so that I can continue adding to it and have all my files in one place - I do field work in remote locations without internet access so relying on internet access is not an option. However, I'm worried that if I do so, I will duplicate all the existing files. What is the best way to move my existing watched folder to a new computer and continue adding to it?

Web importer not identifying citation from Nature Climate Change paper
When using "Import to Mendeley" in the web browser (I use Chrome), I get a list of citations from the paper's bibliography, but not the citation of the paper itself. How do I get the paper citation?

My Mendeley Web Importer doesnt recognize any titles or authors anymore. When I try to import a PDF I get the message "No title was found", it happens for every document. What can I do about this?

Hi, first I have problems to sign in, now Login is fixed but I am not able to import data from Pubmed. Following issue: Bibliographic metadata could not be detected. Create metadata below to enhance the quality of this resource.
The day before yesterday everything was fine.
